We recommend changing the height of the Brodisk Mini and installing two units, which you have adopted.

This is a case we received from an automatic machine manufacturer who mentioned they have hardly any experience handling powder particles. We were consulted about a prototype device requested by the user, which was experiencing powder clogging issues. It features a round hopper with a diameter of 200 mm, a discharge diameter of 50 mm, and a straight body height of approximately 300 mm. Although it is a small hopper, we were informed that materials would be loaded up to the top, so we recommended installing two Brody Disk Minis at different heights, which they adopted.
